As your Realtor® I have a long standing and deep interest in both the world of art and the art of business. Descended from one of the Woodstock's Maverick Art Colony's oldest families; the creative & free spirited lifestyle of The Maverick carved an indelible impression on my way of life. This lead originally to a career in Los Angeles' music business and later to the marketing and development of a 10,000 acre land development community in Wellington, WPB, Florida.
I have practiced real estate in Florida, California and New York. My original focus was in assisting first time buyers while later I found that I loved marketing large undeveloped land parcels for people seeking to fulfill their dream of having a rural retreat. Ulster County has given me the opportunity to work in every area of Real Estate I love.
I find balance & inspiration through my community involvement in a variety of arts organizations including Maverick Concerts & the new effort to make Woodstock a sustainable "green" community over the next ten years.
